The location is terrific for exploring the Keys and sampling the restaurants and attractions offered there. If you want a fishing, water oriented vacation in the Keys outside of Key West, the Cheeca Lodge offers a good alternative, though I thought the prices were a bit high for the value. Perhaps the renovation work will spruce up the old grand dame.

Overall pretty good. A nice property for those that have families and want to stay away from the craziness that is Duvall street down by Mallory Square. The water is very visible from the resort and it is well placed for one of the few decent beaches on the island accessible to civilians. The property is well maintained and has some very interesting plants from the Keys in its landscaping.

Palm Beach can refer to either the county or the town. The town is located on an island situated along the Intracoastal Waterway of Florida. This island divides the area between the waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. The entire Atlantic coast of Palm Beach is one long beautiful beach lined with condominiums and mansions. The town is home to the rich and famous, and the stores and restaurants they love to frequent during the winter season.

Miami conjures up images of warm nights, palm trees, dancing on the beach and Art Deco buildings. Once you get past the bad crime rap and discover the many attractions Miami-Dade offers including its varied communities, wonderful assortment of restaurants from every corner of Latin America to Asian fusion and continental. For a city vacation in the sun, no other city in the U.S. offers such variety, sounds and cultural diversity.

We found Key West to offer a sun and water oriented get away where you feel like you are away from it all though you are only just a skip and a jump away from home (jump may vary depending on where you live). Key West offers a relaxing, fun, reasonably priced vacation.
