Effect: Though the tiredness of a long trip does not completely disappear (after all this is no-jet-lag not no-tiredness) and I still struggle to adjust to the new time, I find that when I take No-Jet-Lag I am less exhausted and able to adjust more quickly. For example, I used to struggle to stay awake beyond the early afternoon hours when I flew to Europe from the U.S. east coast. With No-Jet-Lag, I have been able to stay awake until 9 pm and the days the follow the adjustment is easier than it used to be

Other:  Friends who took it were less enthusiastic. None of us noticed any side effects
